THE APARTMENT The apartment is located on the 7th floor at Via dei Missaglia, in a quiet, very well connected building with concierge service. The area is close to the Naviglio as well as a cycling path excellent for joggers and people who appreciate quiet at a stone-throw from the city centre. The area is well served with bar, cafes and sports centres, as well as the restaurants and bars of the less crowded part of the Navigli INTERNAL CONDITIONS The apartment consists of: - 3 bedrooms (one double, two singles) - 2 bathrooms - an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen equipment - washing machine and microwave - wi-fi - mosquito nets - ceiling fans The building has an elevator and concierge available all day. A set of bed linen and towels are provided upon check in. One shot admin fee including VAT, contract registration, third party insurance, linen and towel package, room initial and final cleaning, garbage tax. Monthly utilities (paid in advance every month) include heating, electricity, water, internet and fortnightly cleaning of shared spaces. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.
