Il soggiorno è composto da un angolo relax, con un comodo divano dove leggere un libro e riposarsi dopo una lunga giornata di visite turistiche e una TV per guardare un film in compagnia; accanto, la zona pranzo con un tavolo per 4 persone. Lo spazio che più amerai sarà il grande terrazzo di 70 mq, vista lago e arredato con tavoli e sedie per godere a pieno il panorama durante la bella stagione. La cucina è separata, moderna e completa di elettrodomestici e tutto il necessario per preparare pranzi e cene come a casa. Le camere da letto sono due, entrambe matrimoniali e con armadi per riporre il guardaroba anche per le vacanza più lunghe. Conclude l’appartamento un bagno con doccia e lavatrice privata. Se ami il trekking o la mountain bike, da qui puoi raggiungere la Croce dell’Uomo: in cima e lungo una parte del percorso troverai gli aforismi e le sculture in legno di Giò Aramini! Proseguendo lungo il confine svizzero, puoi addentrarti lungo il Sentiero del Viulin e puoi raggiungere la vetta del Monte Bisbino. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. So within two weeks of your arrival you will aso have to provide us a copy of the passport, the details of the residential address and the tax id code of the person holding the contract and who will sign the contract itself. According to Italian law, we must register rental contracts that provide for a stay period of 30 nights or more. The rental contract will be signed on the day of your arrival in the apartment, where you have viewed the house, paid the security deposit and handed over the house keys. We inform you that security deposit which will be equal to the cost of one month's rent and which will be returned to you within 14 working days from your check out and of course after checking the apartment with the guest. Utilities such as gas and electricity are included up to a monthly cap based on normal, responsible usage. We kindly invite you to check the indicated limit listed in the detailed breakdown of your costs. We confirm that you will make normal use of the utilities as if they were your responsibility and it is very difficult to exceed this threshold.
