Confermata la prenotazione, riceverete un'e-mail con il riepilogo e i contratti da firmare:
- Contratto Breve: Regola il pagamento fatto sulla piattaforma
- Contratto di Servizi : Definisce la gestione del soggiorno da parte del Property Manager.
- Contratto di Locazione Transitoria: Tra l'ospite ed il proprietario di casa.

Prima dell'accesso, sarà necessario:

• Contract registration with the Italian Revenue Agency.
• Provision of bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit.
• Routine and extraordinary maintenance.
• 7/7 emergency support.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary and the contracts to be signed:
- Short-Term Contract: Regulates the payment made on the platform.
- Service Contract: Defines the management of the stay by the Property Manager.
- Temporary Lease Agreement: Between the guest and the property owner.

Before check-in, the following is required:
- Signing the contracts.
- Registering via the provided link with your personal documents.
- Paying the required amounts.

Important Notice:
The Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) is mandatory for registering the temporary lease agreement

Other Costs:
In addition to the rent (all utilities included), a monthly fee of €150 is required. This fee must be paid in advance for the duration of your stay, directly to the landlord (NOT via ****** together with the deposit, before check-in.

The monthly fee covers:

Regular maintenance services throughout your stay
24/7 emergency support
